The best of the "regular" formulas. Purees: I've bought a mix of gerber, gerber organic, earth's best, plum, ella's kitchen, happy baby, and homemade....and haven't really noticed a difference between the brands. If anything I'd say dd likes plum and gerber the best, and earth's best the least. Let's be honest, I'm not going to ALWAYS buy organic. I don't go to extremes either way..not all gerber/non organic, but not all organic. I've also used the mixed..the pedi said it was ok, but our pedi also recommends cereal for iron, so take that however you want. No opinion on the puffs versus other brands. As for the clothes, they do run small. I had some for when lo was a newborn, but not really after that (if I remember right.) I kept hearing that and when I went to look at our stage 1 and stage 2 purees, they had ingredient lists like "Peas, water" Nothing else listed. Food wise, I don't mind but I prefer to buy the organic stuff. Some of the purees did have some additives that I wasn't too fond of. We've been really happy with what we have used so far!
