I had an emergency appendectomy as a kid that got seriously infected and then the scar attached itself to the fascia, which caused it to pull as I grew. So, at 20, I had to have it cut back open, detached from the inside, and was left with a longer scar. These wrinkly scars brought me my daughter, they are more than welcome to stay if it means she's in my life. </p>
