I have never been so aware of my body as I have been during TTC, especially the TWW.

I really think I need to start keeping track so i can see what is cyclical, and what is different than normal.

I feel pretty good during the first half of my cycle. I get up early and can get a lot done around the house and feel like I'm pretty much rocking life.

This month I felt that estrogen surge pretty dramatically. My skin condition flared up within hours:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidradenitis_suppurativa
I have a day of anxiety. Abdominal cramping, and that night I will usually wake up around 3 AM. Fun!

I need a lot more sleep during the second half of the cycle. I want to pay attention to other feelings and experiences I have. As I'm 2DPO now.

Understanding my body gives me the ability to be a little more patient and kind to myself during that LP.

Trying to conceive has really opened by eyes to how the different hormones during my cycle impact me both physically and emotionally. And I'm also learning that I can't compare myself to other people's cycles, because I'm on my own journey and my body is unique.

With that in mind- I'm still very interested in seeing how your cycle impacts your psyche and body.

Do share. :)
