When I needed one, I just asked on facebook, and the little sister of a friend offered. I knew she wasn't a murderer or anything, so I had that basic level of trust. I found a coupon code to get 30% off a one month subscription. I set up interviews at Panera with a couple different sitters after doing some messages back and forth with several people. We really liked one girl and decided to stick with her - she's sat a few times for my LO over the past few months. We want to get someone we can have on hand but I get too nervous picking someone I don't know. Did you go to a babysitting site? Go by recommendations from friends? Something else? </p>
