<description>&#60;p&#62;We just pan fry tilapia or mahi or some kind of firm white fish seasoned with a little cajun seasoning or something with lots of paprika and pepper.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Warm corn tortillas.  Thinly sliced cabbage.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Creamy avocado/sour cream/cilantro sauce (made in the food processor with avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime, salt, and a few shots of Tapatio sauce).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Then extra hot sauce to splash on top.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I love love love fish tacos! We make them all the time in the summer.&#60;br /&#62;
We use tilipia. I toss it in egg white and jalapeno grapeseed oil. Then I toss it in panko, flour, and some seasoning. I do the same with cut up chunks of jalapenos. Then I fry it.&#60;br /&#62;
We use warmed soft tortilla and top with guacamole, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cilantro, lettuce, and lime wedges. I also top with hot sauce. Num Nummies!

&#60;p&#62;Both start with white fish, pan seared or baked with squeezed lime juice- no breading or frying. No creamy dressings or cheese.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Warm corn tortilla filled with fish, avocado and splashed with cholula hot sauce at the end.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Version 1: add diced white onion and cilantro&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Version 2: add thinly sliced cabbage, white onion and cilantro and lime juice.

&#60;p&#62;We do a panko bread crumbs mixture with a fat white fish (like halibut or Alaskan Whitefish, depends on what's on sale ) and salmon. Fried.&#60;br /&#62;
We make a very light &#34;Asian slaw&#34; of cabbage thinly sliced on the mandoline. Just a lime juice, evoo, cilantro garlic salt mixture. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We use thick pitas warmed in the oven. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Cesar dressing with Frank's. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Yam fries are typically our sides and sometimes I'll throw it in the taco too.  ;) &#60;/p&#62;
