It acts similar to the miracle blanket and is very secure. DS usually wore a short sleeved onesie and socks underneath. We swaddled during summer and had the ac set at 72 degrees. DS got hot easily and didn't like to be warm. I think the A+A would have worked for us if I had seen the YouTube videos on how to double swaddle earlier on.
