She's not walking well yet- but as long as she is geared up and it's not super cold we are going outside. @LindsayLou: yup! Growing up in The PNW ment rain boots and waterproof jackets. We live in the Pacific Northwest, so not going out in the rain isn't a feasible option. My eight month old is a little weirdo and likes the rain on her face and falls asleep on rain walks. The toddler and preschooler I nanny for love going on puddle jumping walks and playing in the rain. I can't stand overcrowded places.
