@hilsy85: Wait - WHAT?! I'm going to check mine right now!!!
* ETA: OMG, I feel like the biggest dork for never realizing that!!! Can't wait to try it later with K!

@sslm: I always do the waist buckle first, put baby in the infant insert, put the infant insert with baby close to me. This is the tricky part, I usually clip the back strap first and then duck my head in between the strap and baby. :/ It's the only way I can reach by myself so far.

The back shoulder clip is on runners, so you can move it higher t make it easier to clip (does that make sense?). I had to have someone at a store show me how it worked!

It takes some getting use to, especially with the infant insert. But I always do the waist first and then put baby in and then arms and then do the upper back buckle. And, I would put DS in the infant insert first and then do the waist buckle etc.

Do you put the whole thing on and then somehow put LO in it? Or do you only partially put it on and finish once LO is in there?

I tried it with the infant insert today but I couldn't reach enough to snap the chest/shoulder level clip by myself... Wondering if there's a trick to it?
