It was the only way. When I was working, I'd drink so much ... I'd get up to refill my water bottle at least once an hour. Now, I'll drink maybe 6 glasses? I'm still nursing so I definitely need to up it... I think it helps to constantly keep a full glass next to you wherever you are. I probably filled it up 7x a day? (it's 20 ounces). Now that I'm home, I don't drink as much. I bought some Smart Water from Costco the other day and have been drinking and refilling the bottle. For some reason, it's gotten me to drink a lot more water than I've been drinking! (32 ounce bottle)
