I got really sick from Estinyl during my treatment cycle and got so sick that I threw up. (Estinyl is the estrogen component of BCP) What really helped me was Unisom and B6! It made me so sleepy but made life tolerable again. And yes, I hope the next time you have to ask this you are KU!

Ginger helped a lot for me. I would drink tea, eat ginger candy, or drink ginger beer (not ginger ale b/c there is no actual ginger in it).

Carbs are the best in terms of morning sickness so I'd guess that you should eat a lot of carbs if you can. Also, I wouldn't have a huge meal but a bunch of little meals through out the day. Peppermint or ginger tea help as well. I'm sorry you are feeling crappy but I'm wishing you the best of luck on the FET!! :)

I hope the next time I read a post like this from you it's because you're pregnant :) I second what @Bao said, try to make sure you always have a little something in your stomach. Keep some crackers around, and maybe some ginger candies. I tried to munch on some simple saltines in the morning before I even got out of bed. SO much luck to you on your FET

Ahhh I thought this was about something else :) Well my best tip is to make sure you keep food in your stomach.

I started a pack of BCP last night to get my body ready for my FET next month. Since my period took so long to show up my RE is having me take two pills a day instead of one. I feel so crappy today. I've thrown up multiple times. My IVF nurse told me to treat it like morning sickness. I'm not really sure what I should do though. How do you treat your morning sickness?
