<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm not a big snacker (I prefer big, awesome meals!) but when I do get snacky and start accumulating naughty things, I do a giant purge and get rid of everything that's not healthy. I fill a bag with the good things and have my husband bring it to work. Then I do a big shopping of healthy snacks (yogurt, string cheese, fruit, popcorn, Fiber One products). Usually I end up slowing down with the snacking with only healthy choices available, and Rob Sr. ends up finishing whatever I don't eat.

<description>&#60;p&#62;My rule is to eat when I am hungry but not when I am just bored or just feeling peckish.  I like to listen to my body so if it's hungry then I feed it.  So I eat something about every 2 hours and I find that prevents the really big pig outs.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have a sweet tooth too so I make desserts a little healthier by adding ground flax seeds, pureed veggies, tofu, quinoa, nuts wherever I can and by replacing sugar with agave nectar.  That way I don't feel as guilty when I do indulge.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I snack all day long too.  I can't eat big meals at one sitting, even before I was pregnant but even more so now.  So, i end up snacking all day.  I try to snack on healthy things like vegetable sticks or fruit.  BUT I love bread and pastries, which i regularly indulge in.  Luckily I have a pretty high metabolism, so I've been thin my whole life despite all the carbs and sweets.
