We do a mix of the following: wooden teething toys, frozen washcloths, teething tabs (on days without a ton of discomfort), Blue Poppy Tender Teeth, and pain reliever on days when it seems really painful.

Here's the Blue Poppy Tender Teeth. I swear this works better than Tylenol: http://www.camformulas.com/Tender-Teeth-liquid-formula-2-oz-by-Blue-Poppy-p/blpopp-1015.htm?gclid=Cj0KEQiA7NyiBRCOhpuCm9Dq6b4BEiQA9D6qhZnD1PCgrYsaIUgCzgJ1czuet0OtSJoPtAKhOBN0igUaAp938P8HAQ&utm_source=googlepla&utm_medium=adwords

**Sorry about that horrible, long link.

Advil all the way! DD2 just cut her 4 top teeth at once and has been nuts-- nothing else even touches the pain but Advil.

I second ibuprofen. We used Advil and it was a life saver at night for us. We also froze all of his teething rings and bought a lot of popsicles.

freezer toys, cold food, tylenol, gripe water ( though we didn't notice any difference using this.. my friend swore by it though. ) and lots of cuddles. Hope they come up quick for you

Motrin was the only thing that works. Tylenol doesn't work as well.

@avivoca: that's a great idea with the straw! She just learned to drink out of a straw, so I'll make sure her water is nice and cold! And thank you :)

Tylenol and chew toys help us a lot. She drinks out of a straw cup, so I make sure her water is very cold because she likes to chew on the cold straw. I hope she feels better soon!

LO2 is teething right now and she is miserable. She's also been waking up a lot at night, I'm assuming she's uncomfortable. I've tried teething tabs but not sure they are working. Pain reliever works a little bit but she still seems irritable.

What do you do to keep your LO as comfortable as possible while they are teething?
