@SorryCharlie: Lol! I hear ya though . . . I was in a client meeting the other day and I dropped my pen, but I couldn't find it because I couldn't see around mah belleh to find it! >.< And then when I did (I moved my chair during a break, I had to get up and squat down to pick it up because I couldn't bend over far enough to reach it.

@sorrycharlie: oh boo i didn't think about not having a box spring. they would have to screw right into the mattress, which may not be good. :(

@MsLipGloss: I was thinking of doing that with safety pins, but I'll have to make my husband do it because I can't..um..fit/reach the back of the crib. LOL.

@coacheswife123: hmm! how do those work? would they pin through the crib skirt fabric around the wire spring? just wondering because with no box spring, I'm totally confused how they'd work!

Maybe you could use clothes pins to secure the back flap of the skirt to the springs, in case you were worried about putting holes in the skirt.

@CoachesWife123: I may try those, too. :)

@sorrycharlie: upholstry pins?? I don't have a crib yet but am going to try these. I've read they work great with normal bed skirts too because they twist in.

Would it be possible to tape or pin it (or somehow secure it) to the springs the mattress sits on?

I have a basic white crib skirt on her crib because there is some unattractive hardware. But when I lifted the mattress to make her bed, and shoved it back down, the skirt is all a mess.

I can straighten from the outside..but is there an easier way so I'm not fighting with it every time I have to change her sheets?
