I have a master list of bill due dates as part of our household budget spreadsheet. Some bill due dates fluctuate.

We don't have a ton of bills thankfully, so I have them as events on my icalendar on my Mac. But Im also really paranoid and obsessive so I have the dates memorized pretty much ;)

I still use the same system I developed when I was a poor college kid. I get paid every other Friday, so every payday, I pay ½ of each bill amount due. That way, if I ever had to skip a Friday or forgot or whatever; no bill would ever be late enough to ding my credit. Also, that way there is no “surprise” large bill due at the end of the month, and my credit card balance is always kept reasonably low (I always avoid utilizing more than 30% of my available credit to help boost my credit score).

My husband is paid once a month on the 30th of the month and as soon as his pay is deposited, I pay the mortgage, daycare and taxes. At the end of every month, I sweep whatever is left over in checking into savings.

I pay everything online and keep tabs in excel as a backup system.

I have a lot of them memorized by now, but I also have a big calendar at work where I write down every bill that I have to pay, so when I look at a Friday (the day I pay bills) I know exactly what & how much I need to pay.

I have direct debit set up for most... power, gas, property taxes, insurance, car payment and both our cell phones so I don't have to remember when they're due. The rest I just keep the bill either in my email inbox (which is always empty) or on the desk right next to the computer til I pay it

I forget a lot lately but I never used to.. I've tried using an app and it didn't help really.

I usually just put them all in a folder and then pay them all on the 15th of every month. There are a number of them on auto pay though.

Ours are all entered on a Google calendar - all bills and income. Some bills are standard dates/amounts, such as student loans. The rest I leave blank - it'll say "Directv" on the appropriate date and then I fill the amount in when I get the bill. It helps me see if there's enough in our account to cover upcoming payments.

I keep a google doc... it set up like a check book register except i forecast it out 3-6 months and include bills, groceries, savings contributions and any incoming pay. This way i know if something unexpected comes up if it will affect bills weeks down the line.

I pay all my bills at the same time and have a Google Calendar reminder send me an e-mail every month. It's always the same bills, so I just have them all bookmarked and I pay them all at the same time. Though the condo fee I have to write a check for - I write it when I'm paying the rest of the bills.

We pay them as soon as they arrive in the mail... so I have no idea when they are actually due. The only downside to this system is that if we don't get a paper statement, we never remember to pay it :-(
