She doesn't kick it if it's just a driver and her in the car (she's behind the passenger side.) If she continues to do it with me telling her to stop I take her shoes off, then she can't reach it/not as loud. My mom and dad are a lot better at being calm than I am. We have the same technique for all misbehaving, which is toys go in a box if you don't stop it.
