<description>&#60;p&#62;I rub two of my fingers together... the sensation distracts me from the itching.  It's a pain management technique I learned for my headaches when I used to get them, but I found it works equally well for itching!

<description>&#60;p&#62;The other day LO and I had bug bites. She doesn't know how to itch so hers were gone in a couple of days. Mine are now scabs because I itched so much! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now my skin is healing from where they cut in surgery, and it's so itchy! I know I can't touch it, but it's killing me. Help please!
