Alone with my thoughts...Which tends to be my problem when trying to get back to sleep! I start thinking about too many things and get worked up/stressed that my mind starts racing. Gr!

Usually iPhone. Lately I just close my eyes so that hopefully I have an easier time falling back asleep afterwards.

I would just sit there and feed lo when she used to wake up. I liked to keep it quiet and peaceful so I wouldn't get my mind going and it would be easier to fall back asleep.

I used my iPod because it was easy with one hand. I post on weddingbee or hellobee :)
I also watched a lot of tv

Just this week though my LO and I learned how to nurse while lying down in bed and it'd been so nice because now he doesn't think of it as wakeup time anymore, he will go right back to sleep after.

Bee and I used the iPhone a lot when Charlie was a wee lad. Or we would just sit in the dark and write blog posts in our heads haha.

By the time Olive was born, the iPad had come out so we used that too! The iPhone is probably better for one-handed use though. Bee actually prefers her laptop though — at least until Olive started watching Hulu with her, and so Bee had to cut that out during late night feedings.

How do you kill time during late night wakeups and feedings? iPhone, iPad, laptop? Books or magazines? Alone with your thoughts?
