Don't taste it - I found that all of my defrosted BM tasted terrible to me (lipase = soapy taste), but DD drank it with no problem. </p> <p>Unless it was *clearly* bad, I would try giving it to her. Now she seems to have outgrown it, and I'm not sure what to do with the ~60 oz of milk in the freezer. I defrosted a few ounces and it smells okay, but I'm nervous to give it to LO after 7 months in a regular freezer..... will it be obvious if it's spoiled? </p>
