<description>&#60;p&#62;It would smell absolutely repulsive.  Don't taste it - I found that all of my defrosted BM tasted terrible to me (lipase = soapy taste), but DD drank it with no problem.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Unless it was *clearly* bad, I would try giving it to her.  My DD was not at all picky about defrosted milk.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have a stash of milk I pumped back in June from when I was eating dairy and before LO was diagnosed with MSPI. Now she seems to have outgrown it, and I'm not sure what to do with the ~60 oz of milk in the freezer. I defrosted a few ounces and it smells okay, but I'm nervous to give it to LO after 7 months in a regular freezer..... will it be obvious if it's spoiled?
