I'm so hungry! Actually my fav way to have eggs is to cut a circle out of the middle of bread, put it in a pan, crack an egg in the middle and cook til the bread is toasty and the egg is fried. I actually like it flash fried where it's crispy on the sides with all sorts of seasonings, like red chili flakes, paprika, ginger, onion, and garlic powder. Another favorite is my grandma's scrambled eggs. It's not runny at all and like an crepe, just seasoned with salt. She flash fries it in a wok so it has wok flavors. Mmmm!
