Anything over cooked tastes terrible and undercooked upsets my tummy (but if my stomach would behave, I love medium rare). My preferred cuts are filet mignon first and ribeye second. I like a good sirloin steak when it is marinated and then cubed up and put on tacos but I don't think that really counts. I like bone-in ribeye medium rare. I like some fat in my meat rather than a leaner cut like filet mignon. For sides I like a starch and veggie like mashed potatoes and truffled creamed spinach. A bottle of cabernet sauvignon. And something light like creme brulee for dessert. Yum! What type of steak do you like and how do you like it cooked?
