I think a lot of it is hair type. my hair is thick, dry, coarse and not prone to oiliness or being flat. Of course, she worked out in her done hair, so I think that's why it didn't last as long. She would sleep with it pulled back and then revive it with Velcro rollers and a blast of heat from her blow dryer. Putting a Velcro roller under the hair at the crown on the third day and hairspraying it helps for me too. </p> <p>I paid $35 in Philly for a blowout which I think is pricey but she was constantly being written up as the best in Philadelphia for blowouts and I swear she was worth every penny!
