<description>&#60;p&#62;I like the velveeta/salsa kind, but I also like the homemade kind we make. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We make a base of a couple tablespoons butter with flour, then add in some garlic, then add half and half or cream, once that is warm we add a block of shredded pepperjack cheese. It makes a very gooey spicy cheese dip that is super tasty.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Whenever I go to parties or to other people's houses they always have velveeta and salsa for queso. I hate velveeta!!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I made a dip this morning in the crock pot with Mexican cheese, taco meat (I made a lot the other night and froze the rest), cream cheese and salsa and it turned out SO good. I might add cut up chipotles but I haven't decided.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What do you put in your queso/chile con queso? I also want to try adding refried beans!
