I do the binder with tab separators too. It's an easy way for me to organize and change them out when need be.

I use pepperplate.com. There's a website and an app and it's super easy to upload your recipes. You can also use it to create your weekly meal plan and shopping list. It took a little bit of time to get all my recipes in there but now it saves me so much time during the week because I can meal plan and make my shopping list in about 10 minutes.

Edited to add: I know some people would rather have physical copies and I was a bit hesitant at first but I love it!

That's how my mom's are organized too. I have a photo album for hard copy recipes that I slide the recipe cards or cut outs into. Otherwise, I use a google doc spreadsheet.

My moms recipes are organized just like that (binder with sticky page protectors like a photo album) and they have been like that my whole life hahaha. She has binder tabs with labels for main dishes, sides, salads, desserts, etc.

I know Pinterest is popular for recipe ideas, !$5 what about ones you've found in magazines, printed or received from someone?

My mom has a box FULL of recipes, and others in various spots in the kitchen. She's super organized but her recipes drive me nuts and I want to help her organize them. Thinking a binder with page protectors? Open to ideas!
