I tend to be old school as well - I write it down. I should overhaul and get a nice notebook or maybe mini organiser.

Long term on the sticky notes on my laptop screen.

Shorter term for the week/month, I have a weekly and monthly page of things to do. I got them in the dollar bins at Walmart and Michael's.

If I don't write it down, there is a 99% chance of it not getting done!

I make a list on this notepad I have that is magnetized and sticks to the side of the fridge. I honestly won't remember to do things if I don't write them down. I refer to the list often.

I just put them all on my phone so it notifies me when I should be completing it. Or around the time that I should be completing it, but I usually change the timing of the tasks. As long as I have a list that I can quickly view, I usually get things done.

I write notes on my iPhone. I organize to do list by day. When I do something like deep cleaning the house I write the list out by room.

Despite many attempts at high-tech organization, I always end up back with pen and paper.
I use a tall skinny Rhodia notebook with graph paper. It's so perfectly sized for makings lists. I have books going back probably 7 years. There is something special about the right paper and pen that makes me more inclined to accomplish my to-do's.

I've tried every possible system on organizing my to-do's, but I always come back to writing them down because that works best for me. Right now my system is to write each individual to-do on a post-it (so I can see it HUGE), and stick in on an unused door by my desk. I pull the post-it off when I'm done.

I have categories like:

Home, Personal, Hellobee Current Projects, Hellobee to-do's, Hellobee Features, etc.

But I have like 100 post its!

How do you manage all your to-do's?
