I slow cook chicken breasts in chicken stock (I make my own but you could use cubes or cartons), cubed celery, carrots, potatoes, then a few hours later I add egg noodles, enough so that almost all the chicken stock is soaked up, shred up the chicken, and then my 13 mo eats in with her fingers, and my 3.5 yo uses a fork.
