<description>&#60;p&#62;I'm still working on this.  Guided meditation helps to some extent.  I feel better when I'm working out but I think it just lessens guilt, as opposed to helping me actually relax.  Lately I've been reading novels alot but it's a double edged sword (I like to get completely absorbed in a book but sometimes I get too emotionally invested in the plot and it will stress me out more, plus I end up staying up too late reading).

I also just took my to-do list and put it into my calendar for the week and that was cathartic. Now i feel like I won't forget something and it doesn't feel like this overwhelmingly large list that I need to do, because it's been broken out. And i scheduled time to work out otday and feel relieved.

Colouring, it would appear, makes me more anxious because I struggle to leave a picture undone (and don't have time to complete in one sitting!). I love love love cleaning but it makes me more stressed because I then obsess about it being messed up. Wine helps.....
