He usually nurses both sides for at least 10 min. each but this makes it easy if he doesn't. I would switch wrists according to which side I nursed on last, and it also had number beads and charms you could move to indicate what time you nursed last. Eventually my boobs regulated out and my left boob was notoriously worse than my right, so I'd nurse on the left side first every time, but I still used the bracelet to keep track of the time. I LOVED that thing and can't wait to use it again!!
