I have my privacy settings pretty tight, and enjoy it as a way to keep in touch with family/friends I wouldn't otherwise.</p> <p>But I feel a little leery of sharing baby pictures there- I mean, one or two to announce the birth I'm fine with. I just can't help wondering how my kid will feel about it when (lord help me) he or she gets his a Facebook account. I mean, I'm sure it will be normalized by then- but it still weirds me out a bit.<br /> Plus, I know that I have no reason to trust my privacy with Facebook.</p> <p>How do you share baby pictures with friends and family?</p> <p>Would it be over the top to start a password protected blog? I know that the pictures are still on the Internet- where they will be forever, but I feel like I might have a little more control over them on, say, a Tumblr account, than on Facebook.</p> <p>Thoughts? Am I over-thinking it? </p>
