But cheese usually doesn't last that long in my house anyway (as in, we eat it too fast, not that it goes bad!). If I get something really good, that's what I follow. I think maybe we just use a bigger piece of saran wrap than the size of the cheese? we definitely do that with parmesan, since the block tends to be unevenly sized. We do that now, and our cheese lasts FOREVER! So, fewer ziploc bags to throw out. But you have to be careful doing that with stinky or blue cheeses since they can contaminate the rest.
