The day after thanksgiving I came down with a horrible cold/fever combo (maybe a little flu?) and am still fighting it hard. I've been nervous to take anything also, but was really having trouble sleeping with all the congestion so instead of risk taking cold medicine, I decided to take Tylenol pm which is supposed to be safe. It helped me get a decent night sleep which will help fight the cold, even though I can't take any cold medicines just in case. I've also been drinking tea with honey.
