It has really helped to even me out. You'll breakout at first as the gunk it brought to the surface and if you are super sensitive you can do it every other day instead of every day. It's not medicated, and it doesn't have any chemicals on the "avoid during pregnancy" list. Exfoliate with loreal go 360 clean exfolisting scrub with a little built in scrubber. The dead skin is sloughed out and the pores ate open. Follow up with the facial extractor. Just position the black head in the middle of the extractor and and pushinto the skin applying pressure. I'm hesitant to use anything other than my daily cleanser these days because i'm pretty sure pregnant women are supposed to stay away from a lot of acne stuff (like salicylic acid). My skin tends to be a bit on the dry side, though i think it's more combination, because it often feels oily to me :)</p> <p>Anyone have any tips that work (and that they were able to use while pregnant)? </p>
