We didn't for our third since LO was expected a few days later. We did agree that since our anniversary is right before Christmas, we'd skip big gifts and just exchange ornaments that relate to something that happened in the last year. This time I bought him one that was a sand dollar with a cruise ship on it. We did go to dinner on the actual date. This year we just went to a nice dinner. We agreed no gifts this year but he got me something. We had some friends babysit our LO who was 2 months old at the time. It was our first time away from him. We typically do the restaurant thing for anniversaries. For our second anniversary, we visited some good friends of ours. It was a great trip especially during TTC. </p> <p>I don't know what we'll do for our fourth anniversary. It started out as a tough year with some inlaw issues and now marriage counseling for a couple months. It was a beautiful weekend.</p> <p>Our next anniversary our little one was just 2.5 months old so we didn't do anything. We opted no gifts since we'd just paid all the hospital bills.</p> <p>May will mark our third anniversary and LO will be 15 months so we asked my mom to come stay the night so we can go away for a night. I'm SO excited!!!!! We'll do a nice dinner and maybe a B&amp;B or nice hotel.
