We eat at 7, bath and such at 7:30 and lights out for him at 8. So DH and I have at least two hours to hang out and relax. Whoever doesn't do his bath/bed routine does the dishes and cleanup during that time. It's a good system! We just finished season 1 of House of Cards and I really enjoyed that- I don't sit still well, so I like to be working on something while we watch things on the dvd player. I love it! Now that it is nice out we walk, go to the garden, or to the lake for ice cream and beer and to sit outside and eat and play. LO in bed at 7 pm and prep coffee for the morning and pick up around the house. Usually at 8 we sit down and watch a show or get in the hot tub to talk and wind down. If she goes to bed at an earlier time, I usually get some work done while a video is on in the background. Bee and I try to hang out in the evenings when we're both free, but it's tough because we both usually have some work to finish up first. How do you usually spend your evenings?
