I really prefer her to call me mamma and to call my husband Baba. It's pretty traditional ways to call your parents in cantonese culture. We try to emphasize when we are taking to her to refer us as mamma and baba. So do you care how your LO calls you? If so, what do you prefer? Mom, ma, mommy, mama, or something in your particular culture?
