Sometimes I stack my thin diamond wedding band and my 7 stone anniversary band and skip my engagement ring. Some days I skip my wedding band and just wear the engagement ring. Some days just anniversary band. Some days I wear all of them. My job requires the use of my hands on people, so I tend to just wear my thin wedding band to work<br /> I really like mixing it up. Some day I'd like to add some thin colored gemstones or some gold. @OurEastAndWest: I love your rings. Also I felt like my center stone hid the antique-looking details of my wedding band that I originally fell in love with. So I had my wedding band resized to my right hand right before our one year anniversary (when this photo was shot by husband toasting mimosas in our wedding flutes) and I am so, sooo happy I did it!!!! We had a reform Jewish wedding, and the Rabbi wouldn't let me wear jewelry down the aisle. As I recall, it was something about symbolizing that my husband was marrying me for me, not for the value of my fancy jewelry.... (since we're Reform and it was a symbolic thing, he let me wear my earrings - just not my engagement ring)</p> <p>(ETA: looking back, this is amusing since he is the one who gave me the engagement ring! :silly: )</p> <p>So, my wedding band was put on my bare hand and then I added my engagement ring back during the reception.
