No issues. Her lunches are always reheated dinner leftovers. We also make two night meals a lot.

@dagret: I make pancakes and waffles in bulk on the weekend and freeze leftovers. I reheat in oven or toaster if we're in a time crunch.

Throw them in the toaster!

Not eating reheated food isn't an option for ANYONE in our household. Waste not, want not

She basically eats reheated food 90% of the time, since I pack a "hot" breakfast and lunch for daycare and at least half the time, her dinner is our dinner from the night before.

She eats reheated food without issue for the most part. Mostly because she eats a lot of leftovers! @PinkElephant: yeah, same here. Gross. Cold soup. No thank you.

I reheat dinners and they are fine with that. I cook most of our dinners during nap time so they are reheated. We are often not home in the late afternoon due to activities and play dates so I have to cook ahead of time.

She almost always eats reheated food - often she gets our dinner from the night before as her lunch, since she eats after we go to bed. However, since she doesn't like her food hot-hot, sometimes she prefers to eat it practically cold (gross, right?!)

@dagret: In the frying pan usually... toaster oven is a great idea, but we had to get rid of ours in the last apartment (no room!).

@mrbee: how do you reheat pancakes? Bc they're gross unless they're heated in the toaster or toaster oven.

L is too young to care abt reheated food but I personally hate reheated bone-in chicken. Blech.

Depends on what it is. Reheated breakfast food he almost never goes for (unless it's breakfast meat). Other meals (pasta, pizza, tacos) he will eat no problem and that's primarily the stuff he eats for lunch.

Ugh I always try to make reheated pancakes happen, but the kids never finish them. Maybe I'll bust out some chocolate syrup or something to encourage them to eat leftovers! Although then they'd probably want chocolate on every pancake again ever, so probably a bad idea.
