At home he had a seat. They just went potty when they felt like it. We did snap cloth diapers so we moved to cloth pullups. They were really nice. Then when he was going on command (every hour) we switched to underwear. </p> <p>When he started daycare, they took him every hour and we had many days with no accidents. LO has taken some interest in the toilet and we want to start potty training. We're just going to start at home with morning and evenings and on the weekend but I'm wondering how potty training will work with childcare.</p> <p>We have a nanny share. The other baby is 3 months older than LO, I'm not sure when the parents are going to start potty training but I'm going to ask. Would we get two potties, leave one there for LO, and ask our nanny to ask LO if she has to go potty during the day?</p> <p>Any advice on this would be appreciated. </p>
