We only had time to go by one store yesterday because I forgot I had wanted to try this again yesterday. I do know I can get some Wilton's decorator icing soon though so I can try it with that. I already have the food coloring to use for that too. For the technique it looks like you're going for, you need a nice medium-consistency buttercream.
