<description>&#60;p&#62;I have been trying to eat more protein packed Greek yogurt and also feel hungry --- but I have been bringing lots of snacks to get me through the day, then not eating a big of a meal at lunch... Been snacking on apples &#38;amp; pb, fruit snacks or fruit leather, pistachios or almonds, cereal, chips (cant help it some days), carrots and hummus, fresh cut fruit or applesauce, etc.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I just bring a ton of snacks into work and have them in the fridge, and usually do a snack or 2 in the morning, lunch at 1/1:30, then one more snack .&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;No snack today though and now I am starving!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have had an increase in appetite lately, I upped my protein intake at lunch today hoping that would help me from snacking on bad stuff in the afternoon (that's when I want cookies, chocolate, ect.)  Well I feel like I'm more hungry than ever even with more protein, no fair!  Any tips??
