Now, it's evolved to having a torso, with clothes on. I never really saw his developmental stages in art because he refused to draw. I've seen some come home with more detailed noses, hands, feet, but it's possible those were more guided, not sure. I personally think that's pretty good for newly four! When I worked with K students they had to draw themselves monthly and it was fun to see their drawings evolve. I really love when you see changes in their drawings. I attached a photo of what my daughter drew 2 months before her 4th birthday. It actually hasn't changed much since then, but she will add more details.
