<description>&#60;p&#62;A pan may be a bit funny - but do what you are comfortable with. Our daycare would microwave a large glass of water, stir it, and then drop the bottle in the hot water for a minute or two.

Ours uses crock pots and I think they offered to keep one for each baby if you wish.  I think you can get small ones for pretty cheap.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Did you provide a bowl for them to put warm water in?  At home I use a small stainless saucepan, because the metal keeps the temperature of the water more even. Would it be weird to take a stainless pan to the daycare?
