Like a pro!!!!! I have been telling my 28 month old about getting her flu shot and about bringing her fave monkey along. The nurse pretended to give monkey a shot and snoopy band-aid then gave her her shot. No flinching and not a whimper from her! We are so proud of her!

When she was younger, she will give a brief cry after her vaccinations but nothing prolonged.

Charlie got his flu shot this week, and when I saw that needle sink into his arm... it's like the needle was going straight into my heart!

Chopsuiey119, you are totally right - the shot definitely hurt me than it hurt him!!

OMG I had forgotten how stinking adorable C was when he was a litto baby. So so so precious. My LO handles shots pretty well. She cries a little and is easily soothed. I think the shots hurt me and my hubs more than they hurt her.

Charlie handles them pretty well now!

He had a harder time with shots when he was seven months or so:

How did your LO handle his or her vaccine and flu shots?
