I got my BFP at 9 DPO. I got my first significant symptoms at about 14-15 dpo, that was when I had cramping, a little nausea, headache, and was pretty tired. Usually they would start being sore from a few days past O until AF arrived. I couldn't stop sneezing. It happened a few more times during my pregnancy, but never before, and not since. At about 9DPO I had one single sore nipple (my boobs never hurt other than that). At 10DPO the smell of bacon made me vomit. The only thing I had pre-BFP was implantation cramps-- like menstrual cramps but much lower, around 7 dpo?
