Doc said the difference is pretty normal at this stage. FWIW, my twins measured a couple days apart in the beginning. We conceived through IVF so knew exactly how old they were, but they did measure different. The smaller caught up within a couple weeks (by 10 weeks I think?) and they always measured on target from there on out. Do you have a follow up US planned? I was by myself and I was supposed to just do a pregnancy test with the nurse practitioner. Since I hadn't had a period in 4 months (stupid PCOS) she tried to find a heart beat but it was hard to hear it clearly so she brought in an ultra sounds and bam.....2 babies. I was about 6 weeks. Then I had to go home and tell my husband.
