The closest Wal-Mart/Target/Old Navy/crappy mall is 30 minutes and the closest really good shopping is in the Detroit area which is 4.5 hours. I mean, it has a new Nordstrom so it's not that bad but the mall itself is depressing. I'm about 45 minutes away from Seattle which has some nice, highend shops and then the regular stores are a few stories high so I feel like I get a lot accomplished. Then a couple miles down the road is a mall which has it all. There's a Kohls and a Walmart a few miles down the road also.
