Is there another decent preschool nearby? I'm planning to send my DD to a preschool near my work to avoid additional comute time. Does your daycare not have a preschool room? We picked a daycare that is close to DH's work because he does most pick up/drop offs. It's about 10 minutes from our home and 5-7 from DH's work. I'm driving about 90 minutes a day now. Even 10 minutes is precious in the morning and evening when we're fighting traffic and pick up times. I'm thinking preschool can't be more than 5-6 minutes out of our way. That will add 10-12 minutes of driving and pick up to the current routine. </p> <p>The preschool I was planning to send LO to just moved about 20 minutes away. Many parents are still planning to enroll there but even though it's my commute direction it will add about 15 minutes which rules it out for me. </p> <p>Wondering if I'm limiting my search a lot more than other parents. </p>
