<description>&#60;p&#62;I don't know how many inches it was, but I rolled a regular size towel at the end and then and then another one closer to the middle, a little flatter...probably closer to 6&#34; than 1.5&#34;. We watched a great nurse in the hospital incline his mattress and then make a U at his feet to keep him from sliding.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I usually only elevated with one receiving blanket with DD 1. DD 2 has had a bad cough so I was keeping her in the swing. But her sleep has been so crappy I thought what the heck might as well make the crib transition now. I was reading and some sites are saying 6&#34; / 30 degrees!! That seems high!&#60;br /&#62;
I added another receiving blanket and I would say her mattress is about 1. 5&#34; / 10-15 degree elevated right now. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How far do you typically elevate the crib mattress when LO has a cough or for reflux / other health concerns?
