Beyond that she can get a bit stinky and her hair gets more wild. For the baby (1 month) it's like once a week. No soap on the body (unless the bath is the result of a truly horrific blowout). She's almost 10 months; she will sit happily in the sink for a half an hour, which is nice because if she wasn't in the sink, that is a particularly trying time of day for her. Unhappy hour. I of course don't leave her but I can unload the dishwasher or do a task within 5 feet of her. Our toddler has embraced showers, so he alternates between showers and baths. The baby gets a baby every other day especially with the cradle cap and the eczema. I give them a good wipe down on non bath days. I have noticed a huge difference in their rashy skin! I was bathing nightly as well because of daycare. I give our 10 month old a bath every other day (and every 2 days if we can stretch it but solids make this hard.) But we still do every day for our 3 year old because she's so active, I feel like she needs it. I lather them up in lotion and creams though to help absorb the moisture. How often do you bathe?
