<description>&#60;p&#62;I used it before any naps and bedtime, and if LO sneezed because it meant things loosened up in there. Also, I steamed up the bathroom during bathtime and did the NoseFrida afterward because the steam got snot flowing.

<description>&#60;p&#62;E got her first cold for her three month birthday (thanks, daycare) and is so stuffy and congested. How often do you use the nosefrida when your lo is sick? I want her to be able to breathe but don't want to inadvertently make things worse.&#60;br /&#62;
