I find some appts i make to be more of a hassle (haircut, waxing) because i would rather use that time to do something i enjoy more but when i make an appt like that, it will be my "me" time for the week. He would fall asleep in the car after baby group so I would grab a coffee, park in my garage and enjoy it while browsing my phone and listening to music while he slept in the back. Have a 3 week old, colicky baby and a 2 year old. My showers usually end abruptly because there's a screaming baby outside the bathroom door.
